I’m Ayesha Shah, a Licensed Consultant Clinical Psychologist and Addiction Counselor, specializing in psychological assessment, psychotherapy, CBT, trauma and stress management, anxiety and mood disorders, addiction counseling, and mental health awareness. I have professional memberships with APA, ANZPA, ICP, along with certification in Psychological First Aid. I have also served as a guest speaker in Pakistan Air Force workshops on stress management and retirement-related psychological well-being. My approach focuses on evidence-based, compassionate, and client-centered psychological care.
